He is a respected Aircraft Engineer and has overseen successful projects such as an EASA 145 Aircraft Maintenance Company setup. As the CEO of Metis Technical, John fosters a culture of innovation and excellence and has helped the company become a trusted partner to clients in the aviation industry. He is also the founder of the Metis Group, which includes Metis Finance and Metis Recruit, providing financial solutions and skilled personnel for businesses in the aviation industry.
Philip Keogh
Chief Commercial Officer

Philip is Chief Commercial Officer and a shareholder in Metis Group Holdings, he has a strong record of success in the aviation industry. With over 25 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and technical services, he has a deep understanding of the complex regulatory environment in which aviation businesses operate. Philip has been involved in over 100 successful aircraft transitions and registration changes with multiple civil aviation authorities, demonstrating his ability to navigate the regulatory landscape and ensure compliance with industry standards. Philips experience in this area, combined with his expertise in aircraft delivery and customer service, has enabled him to deliver exceptional results for his clients' time and time again.

He also possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is highly capable of resolving multiple and complex issues, including those related to sales, human resources, legal, financial, and operational matters. With his extensive experience in the aviation industry, he has developed a deep understanding of the industry's complexities and challenges. Graham Bartlett
Vice President Technical
Bio
As our Head of Technical Graham brings over 23 years of technical experience to the group covering all aspects of commercial aviation. He has been involved in all phases of an aircraft’s life cycle from receiving newbuild aircraft from the factory on behalf of customer airlines to oversight of maintenance operations within an airline environment and within an MRO capacity both for and on behalf of customer airlines, lessors & lessees. He is the holder of an EASA Aircraft Engineers Licence with endorsements covering Business Jet, Narrow Body & Wide Body Commercial Aircraft & also has held an EASA Form 4 Nominated Postholder position for Maintenance within a Part 145 Organization

Martin is a highly experienced Compliance and Safety Manager in the aircraft maintenance industry. Throughout his career, Martin has demonstrated a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of quality compliance and safety in engineering and aircraft maintenance operations. As a Compliance and Safety Manager, Martin is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with the strict regulatory requirements and industry standards. He oversees the development and implementation of quality compliance, auditing, and safety programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Martin was instrumental in developing the aircraft maintenance company from its inception and through the approval process until its successful approval as an Approved Maintenance Organisation under EASA.

Rory has over 15 years’ experience in the Aviation Industry, working in an office, ramp, hangar, & records storage warehouse environments. Before his current position as Technical Manager, Rory worked as a Technical Services Engineer. He is ambitious, dedicated, and a highly motivated individual who works well under pressure, whilst maintaining the highest standard of work. He takes a methodical, analytical approach to tasks. Rory is very personable and works well in a team as well as an individual. He continues to add to his knowledge base through continuous learning & development undertaking college & industry courses.

Damian is a highly experienced Aviation Technical Consultant with in-depth knowledge of a diverse range of aircraft types. He has led numerous teams in successful projects during his time in base maintenance. As a consultant Damian successfully proved his ability in managing repossessions, redelivery, and delivery events for various clients worldwide. He is a positive contributor with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and proven ability to lead teams to successfully achieve project targets and deadlines. Focused, well organised, highly skilled in problem solving, cost analysis, continuous improvement and a commitment to quality and customer service.

David has excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills along with over 20 years’ aviation experience from apprentice level through to management.
